Outlook 2k sent item time 1

When a user send emails, both internal and external, the email attaches a sent time that is 1 hour behind the actual time it is sent.

Please can this be rectified.

The exchange server and the pc has the correct time.

If the OS is XP, double-click the clock (bottom right), select time zone tab, and ensure Adjust for Daylight saving box is checked.
