Offline files gone

Hi, I need help asap.

We have a user who was set up with offline folders.

All the files that were in the My Docs offline folder are now gone, due to a sync that went wrong.

Are these files recoverable ? Can you retrieve "old" versions of the c\:windows\csc cache, then use the Microsoft csccmdv 1.1 utility to reindex the files again ?

What do you have in this Hidden and System file location if you navigate down a bit further?

Do you have the next link in the chain, that being a folder called "Namespace", if so, what happens when you click on that folder?
