Thank you for the reply. I know W2K and W2003 do it but I still get access denied with NT4. I will try restoring from the backup to a new folder with the right permissions.

Thank you both for your replies. That was what I meant when I said that I tried to give admin full rights.
When I right click on the shared user folder and go to security and then permissions and select both boxes for folders and files - I get an error message that access is denied to the user's...
What is the brand/model of your motherboard?
Does the hard frive power up (spins) when you turn the system on?
Do the lights on the CD/DVD(s) blink?

I have the same problem. If I right click on the autoloader in the device view and choose unlock - then I am able to eject the magazine. Is there a way to set it up to eject the magazine every Saturday or Sunday night?
