If you look in \\SERVERNAME\NETLOGON you can see the script but will not be able to change it. To do so you need to map to \\SERVERNAME\c$ then go to \WINNT\SYSTEM32\REPL\EXPORT\SCRIPTS and you can access and change the script.

No problem I had a similar situation with a backupo job the other day, I cant remember if it was Right click on the job and HOLD agin, or Right click on the job and Resume. But one of them should work.

Right click on the job and click on Hold should remove the Hold Status
