We have a NEAX 2400 IMS, and I need to know if there is any way that the switchboard console can be added to a pickup group.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Bo,
Thanks for the comments. I think that the problem was that the router was taking longer than the timeout on pcanywhere. When I tried with a newer version (11) it was able to connect.
Thanks again!

I was able to get this working. I talked to a printer repairman friend and he said that the formatter was bad. After I tried a new card, etc. I was able to get an external jetdirect for the computer.

I have a NEAX 2400 IMX.
We recently changed from copper to a dynamic T1 line for our calls. When this change happened, we no longer have outbound caller ID. I have been told that this will not work (we are in a rural area) because the telco is not able to do it. Because we are a hospital we...
Gary,
Thanks for the help. I think what is happening is that on the display of the phone it shows the FDB and FDN and they are changing that in the morning as well as cancelling the FDA. Is there an easy way to change the options that are displayed there?
Thanks again!

I know that the CF will override the busy and no answer, but what I want is when the CF is cancelled in the morning, for it not to cancel the busy and no answer forward.
Any suggestions for that?

On a computer that I am working on, I am getting the CMOS checksum not valid (I am paraphrasing). Press esc to accept the defaults.

I have a NEAX 2400 IMX with a soundbrick and Muzak for the hold music. We have a clinic that shares the PBX. The hold music references our facility, and the administration is worried that because a person is on hold with the clinic that the references made for our hospital could be construed as...
