The RSA card was flashed and there is no option on the CD to set the password. I have set the password on other servers by pressing F1 on boot and going in to the BIOS, you get two password options and one of them is the remote password for the RSA card.

You are gonna have to implement a new 2000 Active Directory, unless you just add the 2000 server to your current domain as a member server. You can't have a mixed DC's if your domain is NT 4, where in AD you can.

If you just want the data of the PC, why not take a ghost image and then use Ghost Explorer to browse the image file and copy the data that way. You can then do what you like with the PC.

just remember that once the larger drives have been put in you will need to create a new logical drive using the array config tool as expanding the existing logical drive will trash the data.

Only way to demote from server to workstation is to rebuild the machine. Same is true for demoting a DC to a member server, unless you have something like u promote.
