    Have you enabled the AXL webservice and made sure you JTAPI passwords match. Make sure you save the configuration after changing the JTAPI passwords before reloading.

    I have several agents that roam from set to set. I can reach the agent no matter where they are by calling the CDN number. However there is a few that I am unable to do this for. Is there a specific paramete that I am missing?

    I am new to symposium and I am trying to set this up. I was told that you can put the CDN number as the phantom dn and no not have to create the phantom set. This does not sound correct. Do you have to setup a phanton phone/dn or is it possible to use the cdn?
