Hey now,
First, print out a Usage page. Use plain paper.
Check the life left on the maintenance drawer and counter.
The Drum maint. clutch may be going bad. The maint. drawer lift pins may be too worn. The heavy paper may have caused the drive belts to be streched. Loosen the tensoner, and...
!Need a little more info! Open top and lift the blue guide.
check the wiper blade and look for a bit of paper in the
re-feed rollers. Ensure the wiper is snapped into place correctly. Carefully!
{Do this when there is paper stuck}
22.50-You will have to replace the Pick roller clutch.
The 15.005 error must be fixed also. Its the drum heater.
Use tape to clean off the feed rollers. It might be grabbing the paper.
Take off cover and look into the right side of the drum to see if the lamps light. Replace if not.
Hey Now,
It is possible that the job you send is corrupt. Re-do the documents and test. Also, if you added memory recently, it could be bad, or wrong. AND.......Is this unit plugged into a,,,,,UPS? NO!NO!NO!.

Howdy,
i've been working on a few 1120's and 1220's to replace the rollers, and the ink problem is this:
1}Using a flat stick,{coffee stirrer} press the pins in the carriage while using air can. You can use a dragging motion on the pins a couple of times. This helped the unit to even...
Howdy,
I know this is an old post, but I'll say this:
Caveate Emptor! Look, the cheapest inkjet unit is worth using it to death, toss, and buy another! They come with new ink!
Howdy,
Press and hold select and return buttons at power up.
after one beep, hit Go once. Scroll to Reset Maint. Ct.
Press select once. Press select once more, clears to 0's.
Howdy,
Take a look at the rubber vacuum line to see if it is split, or not slid on to the c\w\p pipe all the way.
It is perhaps the c\w\p itself has the problem. Replace it.
Check the belts on both sides to see if the belt-connectors have loosened. You can hold them and squeeze tighter a...
Howdy, your transfer roller may be too dirty, and not holding a charge across it. Take it out and blow it off, or if you have a new ITB it comes with one. If only the black is the problem, it's not likely the H\V unit. Check the transfer roller contacts for toner spilled.
Howdy, first, turn off unit and unplug the cord.
Now, take out the NIC, and restart the unit. Print test page
if you get a printed page, replace the NIC. If not it, then swap the ITB drawer with another unit, and the ITB also.
