I assigned the 00 filter (under Terminals & Sets -> Restrictions -> Set restrns) to all the filter times (normal, night, evening...) and when I try to dial long distance or international, I still get the message "call restricted". Where else would this be set?

I'm using Word 2002 and for some reason there is no view drop down menu. In all the mentions of resetting a menu bar in the help file mention using the view menu which I can't because it is missing. Any Ideas?
