HP LaserJet 3100 with Windows 2003?!

Hello

I'm looking for a migration on a customer site. They use a HP LaserJet 3100 Printer (Multi-Device: Scanner, Fax, Printer,...) wich is shared on a Windows 2000 Server.

I tryed to install this printer on a new Windows 2003 Server, but it's not plug-n-play and the Drivers from 2000/Xp do not work. On the HP Site are no newer Driver available. Does anybody know a solution for adding this printer with another driver or something like this?

I also have a similar problem, but I'm trying to network the printer with an HP jet direct. Are you using a jet direct?
