Norstar Utilities on disks

I need to know what the following utilities (on 3.5" disks) are for and do:
1) Norstar VM Manager (1 disk)
2) Norstar Minuet ACD (1 disk)
3) Dial-by-name for NAM (GUI) (1 disk)

Also, what information would a VM Channel backup have?

They come with, and are for a NAM.
