Seagulls25. [2thumbsup] Tell us where you get your information? Do you have more goodies to tell us about. I've been working with the Argent/IP Office for about 4 1/2 years now and have never had much information about what is up and coming, apart from the roadmap.
Hi all,
Has anyone had experience with the busy indication not working. What I mean is if you call an internal extention (2010,2030, or 2050) the phone just drops the call if the other extention is busy. We've been struggling with this for sometime now and have no satisfactory solution other...
Peter,
I've found that the Voicemail system only sends emails if it is running as an application not a service. This should be corrected in future versions, although I had hoped it would be fixed by now!.

> I have tried using phone manager however it does detect the sound cards in any pc I have tried

Dan,
If you use the standard dialer functions that a lot of the programming languages have (Access?) then you get the microsoft dialer.
I have succesfully created a dialer script with ActiveX controls, specifically from http://allen-martin-inc.com/ (I don't work for Allen-Martin)
Good Luck

Nicksmom,
here's your answers:
Does it have built in conference bridge : Yes
ACD with reports : Yes with the CCC software
recording and announcements : Yes with Voicemail Pro
The last two options require software applications running on an external server(workstation).
PhoneMoe,
first you need to instruct all users to speak in their name using the record name box,
after that send the incoming calls to the dial-by-name box, and presto!
Odelacruz,
You need to program a service as the standard link, make sure you use the standard firewall rule for blocking NetBios requests from making internet calls.
