    Dan, If you use the standard dialer functions that a lot of the programming languages have (Access?) then you get the microsoft dialer. I have succesfully created a dialer script with ActiveX controls, specifically from http://allen-martin-inc.com/ (I don't work for Allen-Martin) Good Luck

    Odelacruz, You need to program a service as the standard link, make sure you use the standard firewall rule for blocking NetBios requests from making internet calls.

    Set the call monitoring on for the group and not the agent, it should be recorded in the voicemail subdir for the group.
