Outside call transfer

I have a small question,,, I am trying to get to the point where I can get an incomming call from an external number and transfer it to an external number.

Transfer the incoming call (incoming call route) to a fictional user that diverts to your other external number.

Exactly, create a Phantom user with Forward Unconditional set on with the number you want to send the call to, then in the Incoming Call Route set the route to the Phantom user extension. Thank you,

You want to transfer it to the same number every time, or to ANY external number. TipHelp@charter.net

Why not type the external number in the detination of the incoming call route?
E.G
Incoming number = 4543331
Detination = 00441214555789
This will redirect any incoming caller who dials 4543331 to the International number listed.
This is the same for any extenal number, Local,National,Mobile etc..
setting up fictive users then diverting whastes system resources that could be used elswhere.
