Can you bring back deleted message (vm pro)

Can you bring back deleted message back to the phone? I konw you can get the .wav file from the folder on the vmpro pc with in 36 hour. "I'm using Voice mail Pro" and I'd like to get my deleted message back to the phone thanks alot..

Sorry the voicemail messages are saved, and deleted as .wav files. Your only hope is that you have a backup.

You can if you hit lucky. Voicemail Pro does its housekeeping every two hours. A message that is read but not saved or deleted will be deleted after 36 hours. A message that is deleted is 'marked' for deletion. The problem is that unless you're on site and can see the Vmail console (realtime activity screen) you don't know where in the housekeeping cycle you are. If you are within the timeframe copy all the messages in the users folder to another folder and play back the wavs until you find the right one or if you know when it was recorded and deleted look at the status messages for that user in their folder. Resave the message and you should be ok.
