All went well. It was a V 4.1 NAM being replaced with a V 4.0
with same number of ports. Saved DB- reloaded DB in V4.0 no problems. Thanks for the help.
I have been subcontracted to replace a nam 4.1; hard drive OK.
Can I back up the db and the sekur and upload to another unit of the same version, or is it better to reload from scratch?
I added a hunt key but that only calls the hunt group. I made the answer key extended- no help. I checked the DND on busy-NO. Operator has 4 icm keys and even idle, no ring-only flash. I set the rings to answer to 2 for caller id.
What have I missed??
Mics V4.1, Call Pilot150 V 31.10.14.22. Auto att answers inbound PRI call, sends to a hunt group and rings stations properly. Overflow happens but the call only flashes the icm key- no ring. If you dial the hunt group DN- call follows then overflows to op with ring and flash on the icm key.

CCR tree answers analog trunks. Caller Dials "1" to ring 3 exts and if no answer, forward to a mail box of one of the exts. Call returns to the home message. Any way to route a call to multiple sets and fwd to a vm box?
MICS V7.1 and Call Pilot 150 V3.1
So the main problem still is the fact that the ring service goes normal at 8:30 AM but the ring group phones continue to ring unless you fudge with the night button.
I set up ring group 003, added 3 stations and tested by advancing the time to 7:59PM, Night turned on & worked properly. Set time to 8:29AM, rollover to 8:30 showed "Normal Mode" but the phones kept ringing. I could turn off extra ringing phones by using the Night key at the main phone. Turn on...
MICS XC4.1 I set up automatic night ring service, On at 20:00 and off at 8:30AM M.Tu,W,Th. Fri 20:00 to 10:00AM, Sat 17:00 to 10:00AM and Sun 17:00 to 8:30AM.
The display shows services ON and all proper phones ring. (Ring Group 001)
When 8:30Am System shows Normal Ring Service- time display...
The solution is in there but the manuals leave a lot of unanswered questions. It looks like I can use a DID on the PRI as a remote, assign a COS, and Allow Remote access to pool B.
It's a little shaky and will take testing to prove out. Thanks for the start.
The dialer has its own T1 not on the system, it generates the calls and passes them to the agents by sending the call to the Pool B group. Pool B is a point to point link between the dialer and the MICS. Inside agents dial "98" and wait for call. I need a way for an off site agent to be...
Pool B is the link to a dialer that distributes captured calls to agents. The agent Logs into "98" enters a pin number and waits for the call from the dialer. In house agents dial 98.
How can a remote agent get to the dialer code "98"?
A nursing home with 40 resident rooms, no mailboxes, wants the auto att of a CallPilot to transfer incoming calls. Wants to avoid upgrading license ato add more MB's.
Customer has 2 PRI's and a T1. The T1 is a dialer that distributes inbound calls and is in pool B. It is reached internally by "98". Outside agents need access to the T1;can a pri DID be forwarded to "98" or transfered to "98"? Threr are two DS trunk cards that may be available for DID if the...
