Customer has 2 PRI's and a T1. The T1 is a dialer that distributes inbound calls and is in pool B. It is reached internally by "98". Outside agents need access to the T1;can a pri DID be forwarded to "98" or transfered to "98"? Threr are two DS trunk cards that may be available for DID if the PRI cannot be used. I need 6 connections that when transfered will stay up for 2 to 8 hours at a time. System is a MICS XC6.1

I'm not sure I understand your application- ok, T1=poolB-pool code 98- whose trunks ring into an INBOUND dialer?...

Pool B is the link to a dialer that distributes captured calls to agents. The agent Logs into "98" enters a pin number and waits for the call from the dialer. In house agents dial 98.
How can a remote agent get to the dialer code "98"?

If you need the dialer to transfer calls to remote agents I think you'll have to set up a gateway on the MICS to allow off-premise VOIP extensions via a broadband connection.

Am I understanding your requirements correctly?

The dialer has its own T1 not on the system, it generates the calls and passes them to the agents by sending the call to the Pool B group. Pool B is a point to point link between the dialer and the MICS. Inside agents dial "98" and wait for call. I need a way for an off site agent to be transfered or allowed to dial into "98" and wait for calls.

I have been researching uses for disa and came across a refrence to a disa dn and auto dn which may be the solution
to your problem assign a target number to the disa or auto dn then agents can call into the system on a did then dial 98 to grab a line the same as if they were on the system
I have never attemted to use this feature so i don't know the drawbacks the refrence is on pages 444 and 445 of the Modular ICS 6.1 Installer Guide heres a link to download a pdf if you don't have the manual

The solution is in there but the manuals leave a lot of unanswered questions. It looks like I can use a DID on the PRI as a remote, assign a COS, and Allow Remote access to pool B.
It's a little shaky and will take testing to prove out. Thanks for the start.

Example: DID = 1234
1) Make your DISA DN 1234
2) Assign the DISA A COS Password with a Filter
3) Call the DID and test.
