DNS....I think you are using the ISP's DNS, which is the only way to browse the Net. You can either setup DNS on the Server and use forwarders to the ISP, or install WINS and see if that helps. If you are in a domain enviornment, then you must already have DNS.

A couple of things to look for: -What version of the Citrix Client are they running? -Are they mapping printers/drives? -Are they mapping clipboards? Does this problem happen when the user cuts/copies?
