**I posted this last night and i dont see the thread i started so i will try again**

Ok im at a loss. Two days ago I installed XP on a Dell 2550 and XP didnt map the drives right. It made
c=m (Mirror)
d=d (RAID 5)
e=o (CD-ROM)

Today I installed XP on a Data General 2700 and it made my drives
C=C (Mirror)
D=M (CD-ROM)

What gives?? i have never had a problem mapping drives with 1.8 on a TSE box.

That looks wrong. Normally, citrix will not remap drives unless you ask it during the setup. Once you select the drive letter the C: will become, it should map everything else after it. (i.e. C=M, D=N, E=O)

I have seen where it only does the C: drive, and then you have to manually (Using Disk Administrator (NT4), or Disk Management(Win2K)) remap the other drives. I hope you didnt install any SW on the RAID 5 partition, because if you remap it manually the registry entries will not change. It is best to complete your OS/Citrix setup, and then install software.

I did tell Citrix to remap the drived on the install. Both of these machines had 1.8 on them and with 1.8 the drives mapped correctly.

with the Dell that did not map my D to N (RAID 5)i have not installed any software yet.

Iam more concerned with the Data General that didnt map the C Drive to M. Anybody know what caused this to happen and how I can fix it??

Search Citrix's Website. I thinks there is a way to remap the drive in the registry.

You can also uninstall Citrix and Reinstall it.
