    I am trying to add holiday and afterhours routing, when I didn't hear any of the prompts I selected, I removed all conditions but the final leave mail prompt - even that prompt didn't play. I'd like to restart services in a few hours to see if that helps.

    Yep, that's what I've done. When the above didn't work, I had the Group Leave, go from Start Point > Leave Mail Test. I added a few Entry Prompts under Leave Mail Test, but none of them played.

I know on a physical v500 box, we could connect using the 46xxsettings.txt as a web address, but from what I've read, that file is not on the server edition.
