Hello all,
Bit of a weird one I am wondering if anyone else has encountered when using Voiceflex SIP on an NS700 (UK).
The server is set to send the DDIs in National Format (01622NNNNNN) and on the wireshark traces on-site and from VF we're seeing 01622NNNNNN@IPADDRESS
All good so far!

Hiya,
You can program multiple SIP accounts on the ports quite easily, so it shouldn't matter who they're from/where they're based. Like you, I've only ever had two from the same supplier, but I can't see it being an issue as you specify the trunks own details/authentication/etc.
You'll just...
All users on system are in user group 01 by default. *40 EXT/GROUP is the call pickup code so if you set a button to dial *4001 it should pick up the ringing call.
I've set this up as a one-touch button on systems and it's worked well.
I don't believe they have to be within 1-2 versions anymore (used to be that it wouldn't work if the software level differences were too big).
The network features will be based on the lowest level of software (i.e. for linking purposes they will work as R8.1 as that's the lowest)
I've not...
I don't think there's one that detailed (I could be wrong)
The only thing I've found tells you times and dates of logins/logouts of various users of the console, but not if changes are made.
Maintenance > Utility > Log > Web-MC Event Log
EDIT: I've queried this with our Panasonic suppliers...
My apologies; I mean twinning in the sense of when the deskphone extension rings, a call also goes out to an outside line (a mobile in this case)
There's essentially a dummy SIP extension which forwards the call to the mobile whilst remaining ringing on the office extension; I just need to know...
Hi obtsystems,
Thanks for the response :)
When the call is twinned to the mobile, it's showing the office ISDN2 number without any issue. There's no DDIs which I'm trying to present, otherwise the CLIP option would be fine.
I'm trying to get it to pass through the original caller ID to the...
Hello fellow tek-tippers!
I hope you're all having a wonderful day. Hopefully this is a quick answer from anyone UK based who's dealt with ISDN2.
We've got 4x ISDN2 channels on an NS700, got the mobile twinning all working (happy days) but is sending the main CLI of the i2 (understandably)...
