Hey guys... so just wanted to get some feedback from anyone who might be using Xima Chronicall or Datel's CallSweet for their Call management system - specifically in an SCN environment? We have 7 IP500v2 all running R10.1 with about 350 IP users - and are looking for Cradle to Grave type reporting; Real-time agent and group dashboards; and Emergency/911 dialing notifications. Been looking into a few, but really like these 2 products, and wanted to see if anyone else is using them in an SCN environment - and what there opinions might be?
