Any reviews for Xima Chronicall or Datel CallSweet for use with R10.1 in SCN environment

Hey guys... so just wanted to get some feedback from anyone who might be using Xima Chronicall or Datel's CallSweet for their Call management system - specifically in an SCN environment? We have 7 IP500v2 all running R10.1 with about 350 IP users - and are looking for Cradle to Grave type reporting; Real-time agent and group dashboards; and Emergency/911 dialing notifications. Been looking into a few, but really like these 2 products, and wanted to see if anyone else is using them in an SCN environment - and what there opinions might be?

I do not know Dates so I would go for Xima :)
Xima works great with SCN.

Xima Rocks!!!! I have it on an SCN customer and works perfect.

Xima is phenomenal, especially in a multi-system SCN environment and I can't recommend it enough. I loved it so much I became a reseller!

We also utilize the call recording functions with our T1 PRI connections to each IP Office and it works perfectly.
