Hi all,
We have an NS700 in a customers site, the company are a security company and they call the country the PBX is situated in and also an international country, we are using Gamma SIPs but having lots of CLI related issues,
Our resolution is to put a second SIP account on the PBX from a supplier from the international country to try and solve the CLI issue,
Has anyone had two different SIP Trunk suppliers on the same NS700? , I have had 2 different Gamma accounts in the past but never two different ones,
Thanks in advance

Hiya,

You can program multiple SIP accounts on the ports quite easily, so it shouldn't matter who they're from/where they're based. Like you, I've only ever had two from the same supplier, but I can't see it being an issue as you specify the trunks own details/authentication/etc.

You'll just need to make sure any strict router/firewall settings are set to allow traffic to/from the other SIP supplier as well.
