IP Office 8.0 Server Edition SP6. We have a hunt group with 10 users in it. They all use 9611g phones.
If an external or internal call is made to 9 of them, any other user can use their "Call Pickup Member" button on their phone and the call is correctly picked up.

I asked the persone who created the user account and she used the good old "copy / paste" method. Deleting and rebuilding the user from scratch did correct the issue.

Hi,
We added a new extension (2240) and a new corresponding user (User1).
After adding that user, we merged the configuration without problem.
But now we have that error message (my translation) :
"The distant extension is authorized but the corresponding user cannot use the teleworker...
I tried your solutions one after the other and it turns out that @tlpeter had the one I needed.
Restarting the main vm server while the backup was down it the way to go.

It look like it was because of the tags that were added to the file (author, composer, etc.).
I removed them (in Audacity that is after selecting Export...) and voilà ! No more weird sound at the end.
And I'm happy.
