IP Office 8.0 Server Edition SP6. We have a hunt group with 10 users in it. They all use 9611g phones.
If an external or internal call is made to 9 of them, any other user can use their "Call Pickup Member" button on their phone and the call is correctly picked up.
But for one of them, only internal call can be picked up. If an external call is made to this particular user, it can be picked up but it result in a "silence call" as in both end of the call can't say or hear a sound.
When I say "external call", I mean that you call the receptionist and she forward the call to the user.
What could be the problem with that user configuration ? It looks the same as the other users to me.
