New extension causing error message while merging configuration 1

Hi,

We added a new extension (2240) and a new corresponding user (User1).

After adding that user, we merged the configuration without problem.

But now we have that error message (my translation) :

"The distant extension is authorized but the corresponding user cannot use the teleworker functionnality."

We don't want that user to use teleworker functionnalities, so I guess my question is : where is that extension authorized ? How to remove that authorization ?

If you are refering to "Remote worker" in the user's "User" tab, it is not checked.

what type of extension? is the user a unique name? try to delete and rebuild user

Hi,

I asked the persone who created the user account and she used the good old "copy / paste" method. Deleting and rebuilding the user from scratch did correct the issue.
