how to solve this problem if im disable the voice mail to any extension then when i call the extension without voice mail keep ring as in continues ring.
 
Out of curiosity, what do you want the system to do ?

Do you want it to transfer the call to someone else ? Hangup ? Teach you english ? The last one is a friendly joke ;-)

You need to enable "last CA" in user-supervisor settings-
This will busy out the second call appearance therefore giving back busy tone.
 
Yes i know the last ca. The 2nd call will be busy how about the first call and no body answer is keep ringing If the voice mail are off but if the voice mail are on there is no any problem. But the customer he don't want vm to any extension. So when you call the extension and nobody answered its keep ringing.
 

Of course it does. If VM is off and they aren't on a call of course it's going to ring. How else could they receive calls?

 
Not tried it but you could create a short code that has a feature barred, and do a forward on no-answer tot that feature code.
