I spoke with a caller once and politly asked how to have our number removed as they were calling a department in the federal govern. I was then handed to the Manager who created a ticket to have our Nxx removed from their dialing list. since then we have not had any calls from this company.

issue solved. Turns out it was a reverse polarity on the line that was causeing the issue. Client never informed us of ann issue and this line was installed over two years ago.
I wouild check there but when I don't have a profile assigned to the TN I still havce the message waiting light how can that be. I will check CP andways.

You have to make sure that the phone you are dial the ACOD from has the TGAR set to 1 I believe. I changed this on one of my phones and this worked no problems.
