Message waiting lamp

Good Day;

I have an analog line that is being finiky.

issue Lamp not flashing for voice mail on an analog phone

trouble shooting:
Changed profile to 500 series...no joy
Repalced phone with known good... no joy
Confirmed features on TM and confirmed VM box.. no joy

Anyone know where else I can go with this?

In CLS make sure you have MWA and LPA. Also make sure you have a Message Waiting Line Card.

Class and features all good.. Copied from KNown good aswell.. aren't all analog cards Message waiting line cards?

No, not all analog cards are message waiting capable. The card will have a M/W LC on it if it is Message Waiting.
