Spray air onto the board to make sure no debris. Next reseat different sockets and see if you have luck that way.

For some reason I could not change the mode. It just
showed it to be in ip office mode. Grayed out letters. But saved config files were opening in basic.
After a reset I am back to square one. I programmed the PRI line. Programmed call routes.
Tested on the circuit and calls are working...

Setting up a ip office for PRI and a mode problem. IP office essential edition.

First problem, When you open up a saved config file manager opens up to basic edition
partner. If you connect to the system directly it is IP office mode. I tried to do the change mode
but manager...

Do you mean you've asked them to allow this and agreed what numbers you can send?
Yes, we tried one phone number that is in the DID group with no luck. The main number is
displayed instead of the one entered in the short code.

I am working with my local cable company who is the provider for our PRI on the ip office 500v2 9.1.
After researching in this forum I determined that using the following short code in user settings would be
what was needed to get this working.

IF this was an Essential I would advise turning on call waiting for the user. Perhaps there is a
setting in basic. Otherwise upgrade to Essential. Alternative would be to see if the set can use a pickup key
to grab the call.

I cant disagree with you. There are some concerns about changing it. I would want to test it before any big move is made.
I believe that the dial out id is for their main number for all sets. Dial 9 for PRI
Maybe if it works out I can use the ARS table to get calls to sip if pri is full...
