Have you patched your server & workstation with 2000sp2. If not, you should. If that still does not work try starting the DNS service on the server and then typing the DNS ip address on your workstations. That seemed to work for me. Good luck anyway!!!

I've always deleted as many of them as i can (in Windows) by just selecting them all and hitting DELETE. The ones left over are usually currently in use (proberbly by outlook i.e. Word). Close all apps and then you should be able to get rid of all of them. Hope that helps !

I've had this a few times, the best thing to do (if you hav'nt done it already) is uninstall the dial-up adapter and tcp/ip and then restart and simply install them again. If that does'nt help check what Roger said (what protocal to use). Hope that sorts your problem :-)

Well I'm now convinced u have a 66MHz bus MB and the chip you've put in is either a 100MHz or a 133MHz. The only way to sort your problem is to get hold of an older RAM chip (66MHz). Have fun.

Check the speed of the chip your putting in. You should find that its to fast for your MB (66MHz, 100 or 120 ). I think u might have the slowest. Hope that will help.
