RRAS not answering incoming calls !!! 1

I have no idea whats happening. Everything seems to be working fine but it just wont answer any calls. I able to go out on the net via the modem on the RRAS server so I'm sure thats not the problem. When I try to dial-up I get this message " The computer you are dialing is not answering ".
Can anyone HELP please !
It's driving me mad.

is the RRAS port (com/modem port) enabled for dial-in (remote access connections inbound only), and not just routing & demand dial ??

Open RRAS, go to ports, right click on 'ports' and choose properties
Next choose the interface, select properties and enable both settings (remote access and demand-dial routing) Peter Van Eeckhoutte
