I figured it out. I had to disable EAS under system-parameters features. This then allowed me to set the group to ACD - Y and Skill - N. With out disabling that feature it will not let you do that. Last issue. the auto-in button i configured for this user now just beeps at me. Any ideas?
Joe,
Thanks for the reply. I know the group is configured correctly, but I don't want it to be a skill group. I want it to be just a basic hunt group with RONA, but I can't do that unless I make it a RONA. I have seen this enabled on another CM system, but they didn't have any agent licenses.
I want to use Auto-In and Aux for basic hunt group users (which I have seen on another system). However, when I try to program the exact group under the button I get the error "Field must be blank for EAS work mode buttons (EAS Skill not accepted) I believe in order to do this you have to set...
Thanks. That fixed it. Not sure if you can help me with Send All Calls. I set up the FAC
Send All Calls Activation: *3 Deactivation: #3
This fits the dial plan, but when I dial abrv-dial list system, which is set to *3 it gives a busy single. When I dial #3 I get three beeps. I have tried...
I have configured call park on our system (CM S8300), and I can park calls just fine. The call pickup isn't working. I have a feature access code set to call pickup, which is how you pick up a parked calls, I believe but i get a fast busy. Any ideas?
I have a cisco 2821 router and I need to allow outbound 443 traffic on a private IP, to a number of Public IP's, nothing inbound. I know I need to do a NAT statement with an access list, but I am lost on the exact configuration with having large number of public IP's (10 to be exact). Any ideas.
I have created my FAC 5001, I then enter my agent-id and it beeps three times and the aux-work lights up for about 10 seconds, and then it seems my agent isn't logged in anymore. Any ideas of what step I am missing, or what I am doing wrong?
When I add feature access code *22 to login it gives me dialtone after it enters those digits, but when I try to enter the agent ID extn it goes fast busy after I enter the third digit. Any Ideas?
I have an s8300 with a G450. We have a few Elite Agent Licenses and I have configured the agent ids, but when I try to add the agnt-login button to the station I get this error "agnt-login" Button type not allowed on this station type or module
Any ideas of what I am missing?
We have an IP Office Server Edition and when you install the software you have to change the password to the Voicemail Pro client. The user that set it up for our company is no longer here and we now can't access the VM Pro client - online (offline isn't an issue). Does anyone know how to reset...
Phonetastic is correct, when I mentioned it conferenced the voicemail that is what is happening. Its not the call recording (I did use the VRL, but Chronicall instead of Contact Store).
In short when the digital phones make an outbound call, once the call is connected everyone on the call will...
Yes, call recording is turned on for both inbound and outbound. I can reproduce it and it happens often when the digital phones make a call and they reach the customers auto-attendant and I have press a digit.
tlpeter, Yes, there is an expansion gateway and when a Digital phone makes an outbound call the calls are routed across a H323 trunk to the server edition using a basic short code 9, dial, N and then when it hits the server edition it matches the ARS and calls out the SIP trunk configured on the...
Have a server edition deployment and for some reason when the digital phones make an outbound call sometimes it will conference in their voicemail box and will leave a message. Has anyone run into this same issue?
