"agnt-login" Button type not allowed on this station type or module

I have an s8300 with a G450. We have a few Elite Agent Licenses and I have configured the agent ids, but when I try to add the agnt-login button to the station I get this error "agnt-login" Button type not allowed on this station type or module

Any ideas of what I am missing?

You can use Abbreviated Dial or Autodial buttons with the Feature Access Code and the Agent ID.

When I add feature access code *22 to login it gives me dialtone after it enters those digits, but when I try to enter the agent ID extn it goes fast busy after I enter the third digit. Any Ideas?

Sounds like that agent is already logged in. If you do 'list agents staffed' it will show you all of the agents that are logged in.
