So I've read the different posts in here about how to make the D100 work but i am still getting a No Service message on the D160 handset. I've got the IPO set as file server, no d100 files on the SD card, downgraded to 9.0.6, tried to upgrade firmware to 2_0.9.6 from 1_0.9.6 (it won't upgrade...
So I downloaded manager for 9.1 and when I started it is shows that the version is 9.1.0.0 build 437. I know in the old days the Manager app was 2 versions above what the actual software version was, eg Manager 10.x for IP Office system 8.x. Did they change this? I know sounds like a rookie...
So I have a IP office 500 V1 sitting at release 9.0.2 build 840. I just installed 6 - 9508 telephones and none of them are getting the firmware upgrade. When I look at the monitor, it says that I have a reason=2, error=4 on the line for the 9508R15.bin upgrade. I have the TFTP field set to LAN1...
Yes. AT&T has a full PRI hitting the switch but it is only licensed for 16. All licenses are valid as well. And I'm not sure why I can make an intercom call either.
I'm hoping this is enough but not too much info. Don't want to get flamed for too much of a trace. The users are also reporting that they are not even getting dial tone when they try to dial extensions. I'm wondering if this is a bad box.
I've got an IPO500v2 (8.0.66) with 16 channels of a PRI and 10 IP9608 telephones. All my licensing is valid. The system keeps saying "Waiting for Line" but the smart jack shows no LOS. I am currently running a trace, not really sure what filters I need to set to get a good handle on what's...
just talked to customer IT and they are having serious issues with network. Routing issues, blah, blah, blah. Not too worried about it at this time. See what happens Monday when they go live.
I searched the forum but none applied to what I have happening. If I reboot the system I can ping it and open the config. As soon as I try to do a save and then re-open I get the Failed to Communicate error. I try to ping the IPO and it times out. If I do a reboot, everything seems to work...
I didn't make myself clear. It's not on the Incoming Call Route tree but rather the Line tree. When I click on the line for the PRI it has a field for Incoming Routing Digits. I set it to 0 to present calls immediately, does this sound right. I know in the Incoming Call Routes I can make...
Silly question, I usually set up a PRI with 4 digit inbound, however the LEC is sending 10 digit inbound. To get them to change it would take 2+ weeks and I don't have time for that. How do you provision the PRI Incoming Routing Digits to handle 10 digits. It only goes 0-9.
Got it up and running. Problem due to wrong IP address in IP route. Too many IP's going through my head. Soon as I figure out stars/thanks you will get them. Thanks for the help.
This is a new install of an SCN with 2 IP500's and 1 IP500v2. I have created the H323 lines between sites, and set IP Routes as well. I also created short codes to aid in dialing but still getting UNOBTAINABLE. Here is a brief config of the sites:
Site A: LAN1 Settings - IP=172.16.203.197...
Installing a brand new 500v2 with Combo6210, VCM32/PRI, UC Module, and Legacy Carrier ATM. This system only has 6 digital phones and 3 are not grabbing the firmware update. When I plugged one of the phones into the port that was not getting the update, it kept lighting up like a Christmas tree...
I didn't explain myself well enough. I know that you can press 1 and skip the message. However, when the caller does press 1, VMPro is not recording the message. There is no beep once the button has been pressed. The voicemail is set up in Intuity mode. Any thoughts on why it is not...
I have a user that is telling me that VM Pro is not recording messages if the calling party presses 1 to skip the greeting. I have looked at the programming and can't find anything that tells me how to allow callers to press 1 to skip greeting and leave message. Was wondering where I need to...
