I have a user that is telling me that VM Pro is not recording messages if the calling party presses 1 to skip the greeting. I have looked at the programming and can't find anything that tells me how to allow callers to press 1 to skip greeting and leave message. Was wondering where I need to look or do callers need to listen to greeting. Any help is appreciated.

VMPro not recording when pressing 1

I didn't explain myself well enough. I know that you can press 1 and skip the message. However, when the caller does press 1, VMPro is not recording the message. There is no beep once the button has been pressed. The voicemail is set up in Intuity mode. Any thoughts on why it is not recording after pressing the 1 button. It records just fine if the caller listens to the entire greeting.
