Silly question, I usually set up a PRI with 4 digit inbound, however the LEC is sending 10 digit inbound. To get them to change it would take 2+ weeks and I don't have time for that. How do you provision the PRI Incoming Routing Digits to handle 10 digits. It only goes 0-9.

program it from the tools/MSN config option this will give you 10 presentation digits.

I would disagree with that statement. I saw 10 digits today.
However, try just dropping the first number off a full national number. Many carriers work this way or both ways.

For example (08) 8123 4567 gets dropped to 881234567 in the icr instead of writing 0881234567 like you are trying to do.

depends on what country, in the US I have them set up with 10 digits incoming and you need the area code xxx the exchange code xxx and the number xxxx thus 10 digits, it will not work if you do not use the numbers I=of the DIDs provided as the carrier will reject anything that does not match what you own.

I didn't make myself clear. It's not on the Incoming Call Route tree but rather the Line tree. When I click on the line for the PRI it has a field for Incoming Routing Digits. I set it to 0 to present calls immediately, does this sound right. I know in the Incoming Call Routes I can make those 10 digits no problem.

Stopped reading too soon. In the words of Chris Farley, "Stupid, Stupid, Stupid.

you know that I program the IPO for a bit over 10 years and never read that part either?
I always set it to 4 and put the entire number into the incoming call route because I can look up the numbers to call right there.

But the IPO compares from right to left and as long as you don't have duplicates you are good with any number of digits you put into the ICR
