newbietech - I will see about getting some screenshots for you later today.
tlpeter - It is SIP over a bonded T1. They use the T1 for both voice and data and then connect to Level 3's SIP trunking via the Adtran.
I just had an install with level 3. There are no documents for the IPO only the enterprise. They are a dev connect partner.
How is your customer being setup for sip?
My install had a bonded T1 that went into an Adtran managed router. The best setup was to make Level 3 (and you have to tell...
I didn't think so. Just wanted to see if anyone else ran into this problem.
Speaking of Mitel...I actually did see something crazy at a potential customer site the other day. It was a Mitel system and they had a phone in an area with alot of noise. The customer told me the Mitel installer...
Need some advice,
I have a customer who has IPO 500 V2 R6.1 and latest version of CCR. They run a small call center every now and then. Client wants to be able to"listen" to agent without them knowing from a supervisor. That is no problem.
Here is the tricky part:
Customer has clients that...
Finally got some time and tried that today, but still same results, have to link "true" or "false" to some kind of disconnect. Unless I testd it wrong.
Just wanted to get some input about queueing with CCR and Voicemail Pro on IP Office 500 V2 6.1 with the latest version of CCR.
Customer wants a queue size of say 10. Now here is the tricky part, they do not want the 11th(or technically would be say 15th if you had 4 agents on calls)caller to...
I have a customer who had some wall mounted phones. We are installing a new IP Office system and the old wall mount phones were on a tilted wall mount that would angle the phone up. Does anyone know if there is such thing for the 1408 series? I know they have a standard wall mount but i need to...
I need recommendations for putting CCR, VMPRO, and CS on one server. Should i get a beefed up server and make them virtual machines or maybe put the VMPRO on the server and then CCR and CS on a virtual machine? Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
Try to hook up to the serial port and run the AT command to reset passwords for Administrator account. Maybe someone got in and changed the passwords by accident.
Daudet,
I am about to install VMPro, CCR, and Contact Store on the same windows 2008 server as well. I have 2 questions.
1. How much Ram does your server have?
2. How did you make each application accessible through the network? What I mean is did you put them on different ports?
Thanks for...
Yep, just got back from the Avaya IP Office training class, i can get the softphone to work without a SIP line configured, but as soon as I add the SIP line into the system, the softphone gives me that error.
I have attached the a picture of the error. After i login with the power user that i have setup in Manager, it pulls up the softphone, then gives me this error.
Yep, I can login and eveything, just receives an error after trying to enable accounts. For some reason te softphone tries to register with the SIP server and not the IP Office
I am getting an error after logging into the Avaya IP Video Softphone: "All acounts failed to enable"
I have the IP Office 500 R6 and I have a combo card installed and only 1 SIP line configured.
I have watched the monitor and it shows that when the softphone logs in it is trying to register...
