Be more specific.....what provider.
A sip trunk....STUN?
Done a lot of sip trunks, on various setups....from free to very expensive.....got them all to work.

LOL....funny name....was thinking another providor whoes changing/adding a name to their sip line. So they can get more cutomers.
Also Check your firewall, turned off H225/245 inspection.
