When I launch the connection and type CCRS into the password field it launches another window with connection status. This location is failing to connect and I see that it is trying to pull database from year 2025?? I think the customer may have fat fingered 2015 and I cannot get the RCC to...
I had the same issue with RCC and abandoned calls... was told the issue was the SU032 patch and had to have an Avaya Engineer go into the BCM to correct the issue.
I went to the Avaya ESPL website and there is no Jan 4th 2012 SU released. Where did you obtain the new patch from so I can try and resolve my customer's issue with the MW lamp.
I turned off the firewall on the VM Pro and I can ping that now... is there a firewall built in the IP Office? I see multiple firewall prompts but not sure which one I would look at to allow the pc address to connect
I have a IP Office with all IP sets... they get their information from Lan 2 172.16.2.102 Lan 1 is the default 192.168.42.1 I downloaded the soft console to my laptop and set my laptop to 172.16.2.150 ... the console app is not seeing the ip office? I cannot ping from my laptop to the Lan 2...
Being a Nortel Tech for years I loved the BCM but since Avaya consumed the Nortel platform I have been installing a lot of Avaya IP Offices lately. I also work with the Alcatel Omni PCX which isn't bad either but from a ease of programming if the BCM isn't available go with the IP Office.
It is still 242.. Whats also wierd is I statically put all the information in including a ip address for the set.... from another terminal on the same network I could ping the set even though it continues to give me the "finding router"
Has anyone had problem with the 9630 IP phone not getting the DHCP address from the IP Office? I have 9620 sets and they all have no issues... I have 1 9630 and it dowloaded the bin files but stops and says finding router then cycles again... I even manually inputed the addresses and same issue.
Are u using a DCH as well with a DCH daughterboard or MSDL card? Don't forget the PRI Card has dip switches and make sure they are correct or you will have issues.
ok thanks for the info now I have to convince the powers to be that we should order a new MIVS card... Last question how long ago did you have this issue? This card is about 18 months old and is just now being put into service
I am thinking I have a bad MIVS card as well... Were you able to use the web browser interface? I can ping and telnet through the ethernet port but when I try to launch the web browser it says it cannot find the page
Thanks janaya... I have already replaced the SDI/DCH card once and rebuilt the tty port... I was wondering if it was some type of integration issue with the CS1000 or should I start swapping out parts... did you go through 3 SDI cards before it worked and if so did you get all the same vintage...
I inherited a mess of a project that has a MIVS system installed... The issue I am having is that when you dial the wake up / dnd codes I see them hit the acd queue and agents but then rolls over to the Operator rather then answering the third staffing code answers but when I insert the room...
