Then go back and change the RLB (4) and under each ENTR entry change the DMI to whatever DMI number you created.
What you can do is turn on dchannel messaging and it should tell you what protocol it's using to dial out. Once you make this change you should see the outbound go out as an NPA call for LD and this should fix your problem.
Check the NTPs for the different options for CTYP and add them to the RLBs for NXX's and SPN's.
Hope this helps. I would create a single RLB for a single NPA and make the changes there first to make sure it is working the way you want then you can make the change global after it's working. This way you only effect (or is it affect) a single NPA with the changes.
