Are you able to send a mail message to the archive mailbox (assuming you did not hide it from Exchange address lists)?

Via System Manager, did you assign the secondary server's mailbox as the archive target in your primary server's database properties (General tab)?

What software did you/are you using to migrate the older drive partitions to the newer drive?

It may help to try isolating the issue to your Outlook client or your Exchange account. Do you have another laptop or PC where you can set up Outlook with your Exchange account and try the failing operations?
