    Never mind.... I figured out what was the problem. The timeout between the Holiday Menu and the MainAA menu was 7 seconds. I changed it to 1 second and it worked. Thanks anyways.

    Thanks for your response. I just took over someone else's position and I am not sure what to look for. Is the CCR a product that comes with IP Office of has to be purchased separately? I don't see anything on the server that would indicate we have it installed.
