Hold or Go To Voice Mail Option for Extensions

Hi,

Is it possible on an IP500 (IP Office 6.1(22)) System to provide the option to external callers to hold or go to vm? Currently if someone calls me, it rings a few times and then it goes to vm. I have heard other systems which provide the option to press a button to hold or wait to go to vm or vice versa.

VmPro = Yes (you need to configure it though)
Embedded = No
Lite = Hell no

We use VMPro but I am not sure how to make this happen. Can you provide some explanation how to acomplish this? Thanks.

I did use the search and I guess I am not searching the right term. I tried "place on hold before voicemail" and "press button to hold" and did not show what I need. Can you point me in the right direction? Sorry, I am completely new to Avaya IP500
