    I have a problem whereby my CCMStatistical data transaction logfile is increasing everyday, by very large amounts, probably about 15-20gig/day. I can shrink the file and get the space back, but need to find out what is causing this. CCM version 6SP2. Anybody seen this problem before ?

    Is there any way of finding out call stats on an operator 5550 console like call answering times/abandoned callers/transfers to certain destinations. I dont think the call history can do this and dont have the luxury of having call accounting. Thanks

    Im not 100% certain on this so I have the following question. If I have an agent that I no longer need and want to delete that agent from my 3300, but want to retain the historical ACD call stats for that agent, would I only need to take away that users CCM license ?

    Yes I am aware of that. It will warn you when synchronisation is performed, that you cannot have traditional and Hotdesk ACD agents in the synch reports.

    I have a load of Traditional ACD agents which I will need to make resilient. Is this is a case of deleting the agent and recreating as an ACD hotdesk user and making resilient to its secondary controller. Will I still retain all the historical call stats of the traditional ACD agent ?
