Im not 100% certain on this so I have the following question. If I have an agent that I no longer need and want to delete that agent from my 3300, but want to retain the historical ACD call stats for that agent, would I only need to take away that users CCM license ?

6100ccm agent historical reports

The historical data is kept in a couple of files. The reports are also kept. You could delete the agent on the 3300. If you delete the agent from the CCM and then you tried to generate a brand new report in the CCM it will only create data based on what is in its database. This could effect the results if you had to go back and rerun a report.
