I have connected an IP Office500v2 7.0 with BCM450 R1 using a PRI(E1) QSIG.
Voice is working, but I can not see names on phones's display (neither of them). Using IPO Monitor, we can see the names of both sides on DCH messaging, but these names are not showing up on phones.

OK, but I guess that all this can be boutght at once... because generate 2 Orders it's dificult. And the delay for the instalation will be longer.

I'm installing an IP Office 500v2 7.0. I have a problem installing the celular base (Licea GSM), the IP Office does not recognice the ringing, and you can not know if you have a incomming call. The analog trunks of the carrier doesn't have this problem.

You have to go to regedit and activate the option to see the authorizacion codes in the IP Office Manager.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Avaya\IP400\Manager\EnableAuthorisationCodes
Change the value to 1 and restart the manager.

I've upgrade this IP office from 6.0 to 6.1, I just upgraded the manager, it was easy. My manager is for 7.0 now, can I upgrade to 6.1.12 with this manager?

I dont' know about the VCMs, but I think they will need al least one of 64, because they have 3 PRIs :S.
The PBX was an older versíon (not 5.0), it was upgrades to 5.0. So, I'm not sure about the licenses, because this PBX has licences for Agent CCC, supervisor CCC, Server CCC, VMPro, Phone Manager PRO, etc. And I think it will need the licences for Preferref Edition and Advanced edition, and...
Yes, I think they have to upgrade the PBX to 7.0. If they change to IP 500 V1 now after they will have to change the hardware again soon.
The problem isn't the software but the licences of VoiceMailPro, Contac Center and others, I think this should be expensive. But you have to do it sometime :).

Interesting, I can't go to Avaya with 5.0... this a reason to buy the 6.0 or 7.0, with 500v2 of course...
