Not sure of the 5020 softphone configuration still works on the newer releases. My last deployment used: Hot Desk User/ACD Agent/Enable SIP Softphone for MiCollab for PC Client boxes checked in the MiCollab template. Prior to that, I think the device type was "UC Endpoint".
The license key on the disk is A182-1214, which will let you install the software. If I remember correctly, you will still need a serial/usb dongle that determines licensed features on the server side.

Update: More investigation revealed it to be a MiCC issue (was not upgraded with the rest). ACD agent keys do show Caller ID after hold retrieve, but the NuPoint port name appears in the supervisor's MiCC client showing agent status. Upgrading MiCC to resolve.
MiCollab/MiVB Site was just upgraded to latest versions. Now when ACD agents retrieve a call from hold the Caller ID disappears and is replaced with NuPoint Port Name.
