I have a customer not happy with the 1000 limit on logs. They are requesting the 3300 logging be outputted to a syslog server. Is this possible??

You can direct logs and Real Time Events to remote applications by setting up TCP/IP Output Streaming from the remote application.
Tip: The remote application must act as a TCP/IP client. The default setting is three sockets; maximum setting is ten sockets for each application.
TCP/IP Output Streaming Settings
SOCKET NUMBER
1750 Software logs
1751 Maintenance logs
1752 SMDR logs

I knew you could do the SMDR, but not the logs. THX @ SXWizard!!

I am getting SMDR output, but that's it. Do I need to enable something? I've unplugged phones and see software and maintenance logs in the system, but nothing appeared in my telnet putty connections to 1750 & 1751.

In the Application Logical Ports form check that Maintenance Logs and Software Logs are set to Continuous, not Demand.

Software is set to "Demand", but I see no way to change it (system-generated, protected field).

Hmmm, if I remember correctly, back in the SX2000 days there was a Logsys Change Attributes maintenance command would let you change the Print Reason to Load from User which would then stream logs. You could also change other attributes for logs. Mitel must have removed it.
