That is not working for me. What i need to do is change the "contact" sip header. i assume that what i need to change is the "content - contact" drop down.
The help says the options are
Auto: Use the number that IP Office is using to make the call as the From field. The number will be aligned...
the SIP line URI changed with rls 11. Does anyone have a good guild that explains what all these options do now?
i need to push the contact field of the user sip tab.
on rls 9.1 i had the URI like this:
Local URI --- *
Contact --- use internal data
Display name --- *
two phones. 9608 using h323 registered to the the CM. Generic WIFI SIP phone registered to the ASM using using a CM endpoint profile. What we are trying to do is have a tech with a desk phone and a wifi phone have the same number so they can get him wherever he is in the building. What would be...
The 3641 universal(unistim-sip-h323) model wifi phones have been out of production for while. I think it was the last Unistim supported wifi device. We still use them but they are really starting to get expensive. With all the cheap mobile phones on the market, does anyone make an andriod/iphone...
ok I see now. the first screen is only displaying call-appr. had to scroll right to see the changes of autodial(SD) and abr-prog. how hard is it to have the first 8 buttons that are programmed, display on the main screen of the phone? right now the button go all the way across. it does not make...
I am fairly new to the CM. I have been working on Nortels for years and years. We are slowly switching users off the CS100 to the CM. I cannot figure out how to program an Autodial key on the CM. on the nortel it was "key 03 adl" On-hook the user could push that button, enter the number they...
I saw the No Hold Conference. But I did not know if they needed the "private talking" before the transfer. I guess if someone keeps changing the auto dials, then they will get the non-changeable CH keys forced upon them.
Thanks guys
Is there a way to program auto dials so that the user cannot change them? I have a 3904 with two add on modules. It is just a bunch of ADL so that they can conf/transfer to all the different departments. Sometimes, someone changes them. Or is there a better way to handle this? RLS 7.6
It might sound wasteful, but get an old laptop. set it up to access the CP. then get that laptop on the network. Then remote into the laptop as needed.
ok the switch barely changes the screen at all. I did find this "When BLF or display backlight options are used, an additional 16V dc power supply is required. The 16V dc source is cabled through +VPS and +VPS RTN leads"
Display backlight power supply option
An optional 16V dc Power Supply may...
i bet there was an appearance of the key 02 DN somewhere else. If there was, it would not forward when this set is forwarded. but if it is the only appearance it will forward along with key 0
what i am asking is:
should i change the DMI to look like this?
DMI 10
DEL 1 <--------------(to remove the 0)
ISPN NO

the trace says it is sending a 0 at the end of the string. It is working now, it just seems like bad practice to send unneeded or ignored digits.
9 would not be sent out the line - it is the AC1 code.
i did a trace and it looks like the insert happens before the 0.

My boss wants to replace our 4 2250 operators consoles with 3905 call center phones. I have advised that this would not be ideal and there would be a loss of functionality. I know about things like DND lists, barge-in, and trunk group busy. I know some about the source and destination and each...
