Cordless Phone on Avaya IP Office Digital Line

Hello, I would like to clarify if I need to do something special to get a cordless phone to work on a digital line (plugged into Avaya digital station). Using Avaya IP Office. I know the phone will work if I use it on an analog line. If someone could pass along a simple solution that would be helpful, if not I'll just find an open analog line. Thanks.
